The Graduate Program on Global Society is dedicated to bringing together students from across the humanities and social sciences interested in studying, from an interdisciplinary perspective, the phenomena and practices that constitute the unfolding process of globalization. The program combines resources from multiple departments, institutes, and programs at the University of Tokyo, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, allowing students to benefit from access to courses and specialists across an array of disciplines, including Anthropology, Economics, Geography, History, International Relations, Law and Development, Linguistics, Literature, Philosophy, Political Science, Religion, Sociology, and more.

[IMPORTANT!] Application Deadline for September 2018 Entry
The application period for September 2018 enrollment is currently scheduled for January 5 to January 17, 2018. All application documents must arrive no later than January 17, 2018. For more information, please make sure to check the application guidelines for September 2018 enrollment which will be updated in early October 2017.
